I am having a system built on forms 6i connected to 10g DB, what is the procedure to convert it to web application??.

One way would be to migrate current application to Forms 10g and deploy the "new" application to the web. Oracle Forms technical information, Oracle Forms 10g Forms Deployment Guide.

Another option would be to deploy current application to the web; here's some more information: Oracle Forms Server Release 6i: Deploying Forms Applications to the Web with iAS.
