please tell me the main differance b/w object groups and object libraries,in which seanrio we use object groups or object library?

I think the main difference between them :
object library you can build it then save it in hard disk and any other storage device by name "any_name.olb".

object group you can use it in the form but its information is stored in the form and you can not store it in in storage devices .
