Hello,
In what dba table (if any) can i find out if a package, procedure or function is wrapped?
Thanks in advance.

By regular means NO. There is no built-in mechanism to do it.
But there are some covert methods that rely on specific loop holes to unwrap the code. Methods depend on versions and not recommended for all.
