Hello

I am calling web.show_document as follows in a push button

WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT('http://192.168.10.60:7778/cmsdocs/DBA00002740.pdf', '_self');

my problem is I dont want to hardcode the application server IP address and Port in my codes .

Can you tell me how can i get these two values .

Have you solved your problem?

Have you searched this forum for 'ip address' and 'web.show_document'? It is possible to specify the 'report server' and 'forms server' other than by an absolute address so doing what you wish to do should also be possible.
