tree problem - not expanding [message #392348]

Hi friends,

tree node is not expanding to one particular user, but its showing the "+" symbol. same program is expanding in my system. in property, i have set the empty branch as NO.

Friends, give some tips regarding this issue,

thanks for your reply, v both have the same role. but i am able to expand it. but that particular use can't. i don't know why.

Does this happen to the user on different machines or is it on just one machine that the user can not expand it? Can other people expand it on that machine? Is the user who canNOT expand the tree using the same XP userid as the people who CAN expand the tree?

Either the user has a different role on the database or on the XP machine. Check the user's database roles and permissions first. Are they different to the people who are able to get it to expand?
