Unapplied Credit memo Report [message #391740]

Hi all,
I have to develope report which shows unapplied credit memo and calculate aging.
I had following queries
1)For calcualtion of aging which date here we have to consider INVOICE_DATE, RECIEPT_DATE or GL_DATE are these date have same meaning.
2)From which table i will get unapplied credit memo amount.To get this we have to consider tables in both AP and AR? In AR from table ar_receivable_applications_all with application_type ='CM' and STATUS='UNAPP' we couldn't retrive any row means we cant get unapplied credit memo amount from AR this is my conclusion is this correct?
