Hi Everybody,
My problem is the following:
I have a file(.doc) locate on my computer and i want to show it in a browser.
Someone has an idea?? Sad

It's a forms question Laughing.
What i want is to display a MS-WORD file locate on a remote machine through a browser using oracle forms.
Is it clear Mister Smile ??

Can I use DDE.App_Begin on a linux machine for displaying a MS-WORD document??

Have you solved your problem?

Is the Linux machine the server or the client PC? Have you tried it? It could only work if you had MS-Word installed under Linux and I don't think that this configuration exists.

Hi Mister Martin,
Since my last post , i'm on the same step that is my problem is not solved.
The linux machine i'm talking about is the server that's why i posted the previous issue.
I still continue to look for solution about my problem.
Now i try to see if web.show_document can do that.
Is it possible Mister?
