If I Google for Hammer Ora, the very first hit is a collection of URLs pointing to Hammerora's site. It even has a separate URL for the Documentation in the Google hit.
So, what's missing from that documentation set?

I could also offer him a comprehensive printed 1/4 page "How to Google" guide for a measly $199.00

( plus shipping and tax, batteries and internet connection not included )

Cool

That would most likely trigger the OP into asking for a copied (and free) version...
