Dear expert,

I am experiencing the problem to install BI publisher
"setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

bipublisher_windows_x86_101340_disk1 -- i tried to install it. Can any one help me please how to do that?

sorry for read in between lines. This should not give problem on installation (windows XP). Is there any other messages other than

after installation you may require jre-1-5...-p-s.exe which will be prompted for running as startup.

i want to install due to generate and view pdf report for APEX.
can you help me please how can i do that.

as i already said the installation works fine for viewing pdf file. i installed through

Thank you for your guide. now can you tell me pls, do i require only one tool to download "bipublisher_windows_x86_101321_disk1 "?

If this is the only tool to downlaod then tell me pls how to configure it to develop and show pdf report in Apex 3.1.2
