I'm searching in this fourm about the solution but can't fined it as i need.
Please help me to make it, my quastion:
How to store pdf file in oracle 10G as DB and Forms 6 as developer?

Go to here, enter 'store pdf', change 'Search All Forums' to 'Forms' (it is two screens down), and then press the 'Search' button.

Define your table. Use the Forms wizard to build a form based on that table. Use the couple of commands that are listed in the threads that you have reviewed for handling the PDF file into the blob column.

Tell us what is not working and we will help you.
