I am using forms 6i and i would like to creat a new form and a chart contained on it but my chart wizard button is disabled, how can I enable this button, Is there a step I am missing?

I see that I have to change the item type to chart items, how do you manipulate values, for instance I want to take the count of one column in my table and display it on the chart

I suggest searching this forum for 'chart' and see how other people have used this feature.

Be aware that Forms 6i is the last version that has its own chart tool. Newer versions of Forms use a different method.

Hi David,

Thanks for the information. recently we have migrated froms from 6i to 10g, but we are unable to show graphs in 10g.

could you please help me to create new graphs in 10g and how to convert 6i graphs to 10g.

Again. Search this forum for 'graph'.

Some people have used MS Excel to display their graphs. Others have used Java.
