How can i load tab separated values to oracle table.while loading i am facing one problem .Values of one of the column in the tab separated value is missing for many rows.so while loading the data ,the missing values are getting inserted from the next column.Please see the attached file .i have kept the record which loaded perfectly and which doesn't.
