ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error [message #380725]

hi
after restarting Windows, I cannot restart Oracle Service
with ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
I try to use the "computer management" to start the service

it gives " Error3: the system cannot find the path specified"

what is the status of your service?its started or stopped?
did you tried to start the database from sqlplus?

Right-click on service name, go to properties and check the program path.

hi
I try to reinstall the oracle server but it gives the same error Re: ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

while uninstalling the Oracle installer gives " No Valid Path"

It should be TNS-12560 not ORA-12560

ORA or TNS-12560 is the same error.
