How to Maximize first block

I Create a module which have more then 1 Block i just want to know how to Maximize only First block which name is Block2

A block, as far as I can tell, can not be maximized. Window, on the other hand, can be maximized. If that is what you are looking for, check use of the SET_WINDOW_PROPERTY built-in.

no i maximize my window but in window backgroud i want to show image if this is possible then my problem solved other wise i show this image on first block and want to maximized my first block
