Hi,

I am using transportable tablespaces in order to move data. After the import however, I realized that only the table, index and trigger definitions have got imported. All the other objects like procedures, packages, functions, views etc are not present in the target instance.

Is there a way to move the above objects data using transportable tablespaces or do I need to use the regular method of export import with rows=n.

No.

Or better using the scripts you should have as you have the source code of your application.
Otherwise use dbms_metadata.
