I am using Oracle7. while running an application it takes long time to answering a query. I have only 10 GB Hard Disk and Database is stored in C drive which is almost full. I have 2 GB space available in my D drive. Is it possible to partition the database data storage in both C & D drives.

yes. Just create additional datafiles / tablespaces or move the existing ones to other drive.
But it may or may not improve the performance.
