What does your question have to do with Forms? I'd rather use SQL*Loader. So - would you like this topic to be moved into the Server Utilities forum?

As of skipping 10 rows, you've already answered your question: SKIP 10 rows. How? Read in the SQL*Loader documentation (pay attention to Control File Reference).
