Thanks for the answer.
That's fine. Your solution inherently
makes a correct assumption that "Oracle retrieves the data in the way it has been inserted"
(true when select is used without any sorting)
But, what i actually meant by my query is that,
whether ORACLE maintains any time stamp of data insertion internally..??
Please give a thought on this.
