this is the general idea, I'm sure you can work out all the details.
select * from t1
where (a, b, c, d) in (
select a, b, c, d from t1
MINUS
select a, b, c, d from t2)

To get a row by row difference between 2 tables:
select * from t1 MINUS select * from t2

Don't forget to consider the inverse too:
select * from t2 MINUS select * from t1
