I have Oracle 8 Client installed in my machine. Also I have an application where it should allow the users to create a new Database in the Oracle Server running in some other machine. My question is can I create a Database from my client, in the Server machine ( assuming that I have all the administrative rights ) or to put it the other way can I create a Database using SQL commands from my client machine ?
If yes, I would appreciate a step by step instruction for the same.
