I would like to know if it is possible to change the position of a column in a table without dropping and re-creating the table ?

Hi!
Good question! But I don't think there is any alter option to do this, unless we create another table with the same structure with columns repositioned and rename this to the original one.
I have my own doubts like where is this really needed. We have the option of selecting columns. And it really makes sense to drop a column from a table. But I am really keen to know where does this repositioning required.
