Due to the implementation of security measures, my company has implemented more strict access rights.
The problem that I have is that I cannot see triggers in FREE TOAD.
Is there a way to get TOAD to look at DBA_TRIGGERS instead of all_triggers?

BY having select rights on DBA_TRIGGERS, I will be able to see all of the triggers since all_trggers is scheme specific. I need to look at triggers under different schemes.

Request SELECT_CATALOG role which gives access to DBA views but does not give you access as DBA.
