Is it possible to partition an existing table or can this only de done when the table is created?
If the latter is the case then presumably I have to create a paritioned table in another schema, insert the data from my exisiting table, drop my existing table and then do this process again in the schema that I reallu want to use. Is there a short-cut that I am missing?
I am running Oracle 8.1.5.
