How can I open multiple database ....??
If I startup new database I will get mesage like
Oracle is already running...
Update me soon ..

Instead of simple start up command you need to explicitely mention the name of the pfile and Oracle 8 upwards it should be working fine.

Connect to server manager and try starting the db from command mode. Else use start up force.

Try it out. It should work
