HI,
I would like to call a Oracle Developer Report from a stored Procedure by passing in Parameters. I need to Call this Stored Procedure form ON_INSERT database trigger to send report as soon as a row is inserted into this table. I have lots of farmatting to do hence my choice is to use Developer Reports.
Please let me know if this is possible, if not is there any other Reporting tool that can be called from Stored PRocedures and if yes an example would be greatly appreciated.
Database Version 7.3.4 on HP Unix
Oracle Reports Version 6
Thanks,
Samatha

U can use the run_product in the stored procedure.(if it from forms)
create a parameter list and pass the parameters using the parameterlist.
