I am not a DBA, I have a DBA related question. I have created a tablespace for storing my indices, I have large amount of data to be indexed. Hence I created the tablespace with a large initial extent. I get an unable to create initial extent error.
Now, how do I make the initial extent smaller ? The ALTER TABLESPACE command lets you set the MINIMUN EXTENT size but not change the INITIAL EXTENT. Any help is appreciated.
