currently, we are facing a problem where batch process runs and gave out error : ora00604 - error occurred at recursive SQL level %s.
further investigation reveals that the batch cannot even get connected to the database. at first we thought that it was not enough session. suprisingly, it still happens even after no other sessions connected to the database.
is there anybody facing the same problem and how do you solve it ?
