Hello over their, and help will be very appretiated.
I am facing a problem in installing Oracle8i, every thing works fine,
but when treing to initialize the database I got the error,
"Unable to start the service OracleWebAssitanse0.... Access Denied",
after ignoreing the message I got alos the error :"ORA-12560 TNS:Protocol Adapter error"...
this is my system charactarsitcs:
Windows NT service Pack 4.0 (IBM Original)
c: drive 280MB Free
d: drive 3.6 GB Free. ( I am installing Oracle in D: drive)
I am login with an other user than administrator user, but the user I am using is a member of administrator Group.
I am using Typical Install.
