Hallo Pedro,
What I think is this, (but I am not sure), that the problems is that somewhere you start having problems with the amount of memory, or resources, ..
And this in your OS or in oracle.
When you uses that much of processes, may be you must use the Multi_threaded_server (MTS).
Like I said, I am not familiar with this. Just an idea.
