Call Oracle Tech Support or Try this :
Restore all the datafile and the control files and archive redo logs in the right dest..
Startup mount;
recover database using backup controlfile;
apply all the redo logs;
alter database open resetlog;
Note : Shutdown the database and take a cold backup....
