Looks like OCP doesnot have any value. Even though I have done OCP without having any experience, but still I have not got a chance even at entry level. It is really pathetic!!!!
I think if a guy is able to do OCP without any experience, I think he deserves at least an entry into the IT industry. If not, all these ceritfications are a big farce.
Does anyone agree with me?
Any suggestions or any opinions ??????

It's really market driven. If your target market is flooded with expereinced Oracle people, then you are right, OCP - experiance insn't worth much. On the otherhand, if the experienced Oracle people are otherwise busy in your market, than OCP can mean a leg up over, say, an Oracle Masters candidate with no experiance.
Bottom line: experiance gets the nod.
