Can someone show me a script to migrate data from one database to another? Is there a tool that I can use to do this?

I can't determine from your post exactly what it is you're trying to convert, but we have had some success using Oracle's Migration Workbench (available at Oracle website) to convert MS Access and MS SqlServer databases to Oracle. And of course you can always import text files into an Oracle database schema that you've built manually, assuming the database you are coverting from can export data as text.
Good luck! -Sven

Ed,
I think Migration Workbench is a tool for converting non-Oracle databases to Oracle.
If you're converting between different versions of Oracle, then Oracle's Export and Import tools are probably your best bet.
Good luck! -Sven
