Does anybody knows how to configure correct the "ORACLE Connection Manager" so that i can route packages to an Oracle Database Server from an Java Applet.

I have read some documents from Oracle JDBC Driver and configured like there is ment to but it doesn't work. Although I have configured the file cman.ora like in the documentation describted.

If I view the stats from the Connection Manager I only see that all the request where rejected.
