Oracle Enterprise Manager Console will not find my databases. [message #367741]

When using the OEM Console, under the database tab, it shows me world.world where I expect to see DB1,DB2....

Under the world.world tab I find the data for one of my databases.

I can connect to each of my databases using Instance Manager and other tools but not with my OEM Console.
