I have two Oracle 8.0.3 databases running on separate winNT machines. I create a database link between the two, then a snapshot on one machine to replicate a table on the other. I can run the snapshot manually, but when its run as scheduled by a background schedule it fails with the following:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 21
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name
Any help/ideas appreciated!
