Hello,
The scenario is like this. There are two tables dept and emp, grouped by deptno. When the deptno chages the report should print on next page.
dept no 1 and its employees page 1.
dept no 2 and its employees page 2.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Hi Anju,
Set the 'Maximum records per page' property for your dept repeating frame to 1. This will ensure that only one department number prints on a page. If it needs to spill over onto a second page it will still produce a page break before it starts the next dept. Hope this helps.
