I have Installed Oracle Designer 10g, 9.0.4.7 on a Windows XP PC. I used the "Capture Design of Server Model" utility to capture and load a 1700+ table database. When I go to generate the DDL using "Generate Database from Server Model" I keep getting an error: "CDD - 22300 An Internal application error occured. Contact Customer Support".
I've searched the error, found that it could be an issue with memory, specifically that its not being released, the program freezes and the error is raised.
Has anyone had this or a similar problem? I've tried splitting the generation of DDL into 2 halfs, that will process, but I need to do all the tables at once to generate the necessary relationships. Is there a parameter I can change to add more memory? Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated
