try using the DOS equivalent:

For example "Program Files" is "Progra~1"

you can the dos equivalent of files and directory names by right clicking and selecting properties on their icons - hope this works

Thanks Kevin.

I used the short DOS equivalent names and everything worked OK.

From VC++, I used the Win32 GetShortPathName() function to convert the long names before passing them to SQL*LDR.
