I have just instaled WebDB on my PC(WinNT 4.0) and when I tried to reach the corresponding address I received message:
ORA-20003: ORU-10036: object WEBDB.home is invalid and cannot be described
ORA-06512: at line 51
...
PARAMETERS
.....
ENVIRONMENT
.....
What that is mean and why WebDB doesn't work?
Any help will be high appreciated.

Did you install it in it's own Oracle home? Was your database up and running when you installed WebDB?
Both of these are necessary; though I'm not sure if that will solve your problem.
