I have created a list item and populated it from v$timezone_names.

The items are displaying correctly but when I select an item it shows as if I selected something different.

As an example the first few entries in this table are:
TZNAME / TZABBREV
Africa/Algiers / LMT
Africa/Algiers / PMT
Africa/Algiers / WET
Africa/Algiers / WEST
Africa/Algiers / CET
Africa/Algiers / CEST
Africa/Cairo / LMT
Africa/Cairo / EET
Africa/Cairo / LMT

When I select the first 'Africa/Cairo' it displays 'Africa/Algiers', I am assuming because they have the same value in the second column. How do I avoid this from happening?

Also, when the items are displayed it is showing TZNAME, what I would like is 'TZNAME: TZABBREV' to show as the value in the pop list, is that possible?

thanks in advance
Angie

Do you have other triggers on these items? You have defined both items that you want populated in the LOV definition haven't you?
