Hi everyone, I am new to oracle. I have database 10g express edition installed and i want to update apexto version 3.1 . After running the installation script SQL Plus crashes out. I get a message saying apex requires an installation with the sysdba privilege. I logged into SQL plus using the password i created when installing database 10g express edition.

Can someone help me

hi,
you would have created through internal/admin and passward as sysdba. use that to install apex 3.1
