Hi All,

I am oracle PL/SQL resource.Currently I am on bench.
So I want to do something new which is helpful to my oraganization using my Oracle skills. Can any one please
give me any ideas what to do in this tenure.

'On the bench' must meansomething different to the OP.
I interpret that phrase as meaning 'Out of work and looking for a job', but the OP seems to still be employed.

Hi ,

I am not looking for any other job.. I don't want to waste my time while in bench. I want to do something whcih is helpful to the organization.

My skills are : SQL,PL/SQL,SQL*Loader,Pro*C,

So please give me idea.
