Hi Experts!
I have converted an application from forms 5 to forms 6i. its converted and running well but here is a problem i have two applications one is newly developed and other is converted.
i have install the patch 17 for conversion. now i want to run both applications. if the patch 17 installed then newly developed application create problems but converted application running well. if i remove patch then converted application create problems but new application running well. what i should do to run both applications in parallel.

Tell us the error message that you are receiving when you are using release 17.

You do realise that you have to recompile the new application now that you have a higher release installed, don't you?

We are receiving no Error Message. our New development forms run only that machine where patch 17 is not installed and migrated forms run only that machine where patch 17 is installed. there are some client machines where these both applications (New development and migrated forms) will run. due to patch installation we are unable to run these both application at the same machine.We also have installed patches 18 but problem is still suspended.

If some one has its solutions then kindly provide us.

We are waiting for your kind reply.

Are you talking about development PCs or client PCs? You say "there are some client machines where these both applications (New development and migrated forms) will run." Does that mean that there are some client machiens where they do NOT run?

Are you running client/server or 3-tier?
