We are facing problem in Oracle Application (Forms & Reports Server) 10g Release 2, Windows XP

Error Code : FRM – 41213
Error Description : Unable to connect to the Reports Server

Forms are running on web smoothly, when we try to run the reports, no output is generated.

Error Understanding : Unable to display the right report output, in the URL of the output, instead of Report ID it is displaying Job ID as '0'.
