I have problem with added new triggers in my forms. It doesn't fire e.g. I added new button and defined new trigger when-button-presses with simple body 'exit_form(no_validate);'. I run my form press new button and ... nothing happen. Old buttons and their triggers works properly. Have you this kind of problem ?

Put a 'message;pause;' pair of commands into your trigger code and make sure that you are actually going into the trigger.
