Hi,
I'm in the process of migration using migration assistant of forms from 6i to 10g. When displaying migrated form on the web page, buttons have for example names that do not fit on it as it was originally ( in forms 6i and as is in 10g designer). is it normal? or something was done wronglyu by me? If its normal behaviour ( because of web displaying), does it need manual correction for each form? or can it be done globally?
I'll be gratefull for all remarks!
Thanks a lot i advance!

Does http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/348022/67467/?srch=font+size#msg_348022 offer any insight into this problem for you?

Are you using Windows on your client machine? Is this machine using standard or enlarged fonts?

David

Hi,
Its on Windows (fonts we used was bold MS SANS SERIF size Cool, the problem is because of change to web (java forced some kind of border on a button around its text). So I found some thread on oracle web and learned that its like that, it can't be overworked. So I had to increase the size of buttons in order not to change the fonts. Luckly for me, these buttons were part of a menu and was included almost in all forms and even from a template, so I just changed the template and it solved my problem.
But because of this problem, I had the opportunity to learn how to map and change different fonts using Registry.dat Smile
Thanks a lot!
