LOV return Value Property in forms6/custm.pll [message #353397]

Hi,

I have an issue, i need to generate the dynamic LOV using custom.pll for a new custom ITem Field.

For this, i have created the Dyanmic Record group and attached the same to exisign LOV in the seeded form.

Now, i want to know can we change the return value of an LOV at runtime to New Custom filed. because after selecting the value going to ( default statically specified return value).

Please, if any one has any idea....

No you cannot do that. every LOV has separate return values.

Thanks for the reply...

Yes, we can't able set the return value property at runtime, as per my requirement i need to do the same, i have done some extent using unused LOV's in the TEMPLATE.fmb.

But, i have a small issue can we handle the parameters across the EVENTS, can you please let me know the possibilities and suggestions.

i have tried the GLOBAL.PARAMETER1 but the values will be reinitialized for every new EVENT.

This sounds liek a new question. If it is a new question, then ask it in a new thread. Also, post any code you have currently written and give an example of what you expect the code to do.
