In AP module
Navigation :
Payable->Suppliers->Entry
I am trying to create a new supplier and whenever after entering the name i am clicking on the site tab to create the site. as soon as i am filling the enteries and i trying to save it.
I am getting a pop window statign ORA-04062. Signature of package
"APPS.AP_VENDOR_SITES_PKG" has been changed.
because of htis i am nt able to create a new supplier.

This will be a patch issue. did you apply any new patch recently ? Check any complied pacakges is there AP schema and recomplie the packages .
Look at this metalink note 190549.1,458185.1 and follow the instruction.
