HOW TO CONNECT TO MODEM IN FORMS???? [message #350201]

Hi.

I have a scenario where is have a list of clients and their contacts stored in my database, also my phone line is connected to my computer through modem.

i want to design a form which gets phone No. from the modem (if a call is received) and check that no in the database if found then display the data.

How can I do it?? any Tool or ActiveX or OCX???
please help
