I have just logged into a system which has toad 7.4..

when I go to schema browser, ia m not able to see the
code for procedures, and functions

this is strange, i see the code for triggers, but not able to
see the same for packages, procs...table columns i cant see

i did view- options - startup

and selected proc editor, it says

cannot create file c:\program files\quest software\toad\toadmail.ini

i am able to see them, but in every 5 minutes,
a message

cannot create file c:\program files\quest software\toad\toad.ini

appears, and i cannot work..so i had to ctl alt del..
end task..and connect again
